New Corporate Governance Rules (The Companies (Miscellaneous Reporting) Regulations 2018) mandate a raft of new corporate reporting requirements that are applicable for financial years starting on or after the 1st January 2019 – so mostly need to included in reports published in 2020 and beyond.
