Residential Real Estate Lawyer

About the role

We are looking for a Residential Real Estate lawyer with experience in residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages, development site acquisition, site set-up and plot sales, together with development finance.

Ideally the candidate will have worked in a recognised or niche law firm specialising in the acquisition, disposal, financing and development of prime residential real estate.

The successful candidate will have:

  • strong drafting skills to include preparation of contracts, leases, transfers and ancillary documentation;
  • knowledge of estate set-up (freehold, leasehold and mixed use);
  • strong analytical skills to include property due diligence, raising of enquiries and preparation of reports on title;
  • proficiency in all Microsoft applications and case management systems (knowledge of Leap will be an advantage).

In addition, it will be an advantage if the candidate has a grounding in ancillary commercial property matters as invariably there will be cross-over when dealing with acquisition of residential sites and high-value property.

Our clients look to us to provide a different approach and expect us to guide them through their legal challenges and explain why and how in simple plain English.

If you prefer to only explain the law without recommending a way forward or if you like to use legalese, then Radius is not the firm for you.

It will be important that you can work independently with limited supervision.
